Pros

LD Used to be a great and innovative company with many benefits, many very smart people, and a lot of leeway for creativity and innovation

Cons

- If you're a designer coming here, watch out! The design leadership is unforgiving, unethical, and will literally make you crazy. RUN AWAY. They have managed to overtake the entire product org and have run out strong product management folks and designers. - Design leadership has a massive ego and continues to ship products that are still not very good, despite running founding talent out of the place to replace with their cronies. - When one of the founding female CEO's departed, the company started going down fast. - The culture before with the previous design leadership was very supportive, innovative, talent was supported to grow and learn, and it was a great place to work. - Diversity is disappearing. - No growth - Overly hard interview and very judgmental environment

Pros

Good product that works if the customer fits a really specific set of use cases.

Cons

I’m really concerned about where my company has gone and is going. First off, the company is actually regressing when it comes to diversity and inclusion. There was mass exodus on women and people of color (both voluntary and involuntary) as the revenue org has become staggeringly more white, more male, and moved to an older demographic all around. As the diversity has become minimal, it also seems like that includes diversity of thought as somehow it now appears everyone is aligned on the path forward. I get the impression this means they have only kept “yes men” around which is scary. The leadership team is smart but is not right for this product, in this market, during this economy. With less than 25% of reps hitting quota and constant changes in GTM, it’s hard to even understand how we are positioning ourselves in the marketplace which is confusing to both employees and customers.
