Losing hope

Pros

- Great benefits - Flexible hours - Friendly coworkers

Cons

- Employees are being greatly undervalued - Diversity and inclusivity is tanking - More pressure to work harder while being offered smaller raises and no promotions I’m so disappointed in the direction that the company has gone. I can understand the increase in work as well as the increase in the pace of work but the little amount of value that you all place on your employees is very upsetting.

Pros

Great product, engineers love it once they get it in their hands. Customer base is SOLID - 5,000+ with marquee names (26 of F100). We're solving REAL problems for release teams

Cons

The new leadership "seems" to have slowed all of our momentum Finally got rid of the crazy layers of middle mgmt that added minimal 4 of the top 5 AEs from last year exited - indicative of the poor comp plan and crazy quotas/territories.

Great product, but the culture and leadership have collapsed

Pros

The product is strong and technically differentiated. Years ago, the culture was excellent, and I was lucky to be part of a high-performing, highly motivated team. There are still some smart, driven people at the company, especially in Engineering.

Cons

As revenue missed targets, new leadership was brought in, and the culture was quickly eviscerated. Many revenue leaders have lost the trust of team members. Communication is inconsistent, change management is poor, and morale has steadily declined. Promotions are rare. The company has failed to retain top performers while hiring others who clearly weren’t a fit via a broken hiring process. Average tenure is low, even by tech industry standards. Sales Ops and Marketing have especially suffered — the good days are long gone.
