Pros

As a newbie to the tech space I really couldn't have gone anywhere better. LaunchDarkly pays well, treats its employees fairly and gives them opportunities they wouldn't find at many other companies. LaunchDarkly cares about growth, both for the individual and the business and is invested in your success.

Cons

Apart from small teething problems that all start-up/scale-up's face, no cons.
