Pros
The company has been through a massive amount of change in the past year with an almost entirely new leadership team. While this can be difficult to adjust to, and change isn't for everyone, I feel confident in the leadership that they are working hard to steer the company in the right direction. Recent TownHall meetings have been more transparent and I believe the leaders are making a conscious effort to tender tougher questions from employees.
Cons
I feel there have been mixed messaging or miscommunication of late where certain leaders perhaps don't share the same vision and so decision or guidance might be misleading. This can make it difficult to execute project/plans etc but more so cause confusion and, in some cases, concern over the direction of the team.
