Management that cares. Sales leadership invests into your success and our executive team genuinely cares about their employees. This is demonstrated through our phenomenal health care and by leaders who encourage people taking time off. Insane growth. We’re growing faster than any company I’ve ever been a part of. It’s very exciting. People actually hit their numbers. We have virtually no sales rep attrition and everyone is in a position where they can hit their number.
