As an evolving company, policies and procedures change rapidly and dramatically. All in all, these are just growing pains. Nothing done in malice or incompetence.

The best company anybody would’ve imagine to work for. Great culture, supportive manager, and mindful executives. Employees are truly like to work here. Also, they have amazing perks and beautiful office. One really important thing about working in LaunchDarkly is they truly care about culture fit during the interview process and that’s why, you can experience a drama free company.

Cons

Every company has some areas to improve and I’m sure LaunchDarkly is not an exception but the good thing is the executives have the welcoming attitude for critics and do their best to improve it. Also, there is no mess exist here. So if there is any cons, for sure will be some minor stuff
