30-60-90 day plan (Management keeps you on track!), Amazing culture, great team, wonderful product, everyone working together to insure your growth and success! This place supports your endeavors and encourages you to contribute! They mean what they offer when they say "work/life balance" is achievable here, without having to work slavishly! The team works well together, to support everyone, regardless of roles!

- Transparent company with intellectually honest leadership - Talented engineering team with a wide range of competencies - Excellent benefits with a people team that listens to employee feedback

Cons

As of July 2019, office space is limited, and common areas are being replaced with desks. Certainly a drawback, but there are plans in motion to build out new space within the next few months.

People from all over, from companies big and small are a part of this team. With a female CEO and a focus on diversity and inclusivity it is easy to find your place here at LaunchDarkly. Working long hours in not expected but it is definitely rewarded. "work is not life" is in our mission statement.

Cons

We are growing very fast having recently raised a series C. With this comes a little congestion in community spaces like lunch rooms, bathrooms, and meeting rooms.
