Free coffee. Pay is on time and you don't have to fight for overtime pay.

Cons

The managers are constantly watching you. They will show up at random times and do an evaluation. The switchers are considered over the road, so they do a log book and they don't get paid overtime. The trucks are in horrible condition. The managers cuss in front and sometimes at you.

my experience with this company was definetly life changing ...lots of friendly people with great attitudes who take pride in their work..

Cons

when work was slow we had loss time from having to leave early in order to keep the budget in tact, but when the work load picked up we were able compensate.
