      Pros

      Interim team was very nice.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. Basically no benefits. They treat their interim employees like they are robots. They are nice but the interim team is limited on how they can treat us. They expect us to know everything but they don't teach us.

      Autonomy. Working on locations I choose. Freedom to provide input on my contracts with good support. Love Jeremy.

      Cons

      Office staff sometimes lacks understanding of my need to know the plans. Travel arrangements make a traveling leader relax. Car rental can be a challenge... why limit my milewge?
