Pros

You can make a lot of money if management would let you schedule your clients

Cons

They schedule your jobs too far apart from each other and don't want you to call clients to schedule them in a way that would save hours of drive time between jobs. For instance they will give you a job in town one day then 200 miles away the next day then back in town and back to the same town again the next. They do this because they want the installations done within 3 days of customer signing because of buyer regret as they charge way too much for their service. Also if you are just an installer and don't have a gutter machine you're paid less. Finally, your not compensated when there are extra duties like winter work chopping all the ice out of gutters

Toxic, threatening, ultra stressful horrific culture

Pros

They pay decently but you have no work life balance, it’s 7 days a week so the higher salary doesn’t necessarily mean you’re earning more.

Cons

You use all your devices so your personal cell, laptop, trucks are all used for work. There is no escaping. And they make you sign a waiver saying they can wipe your device remotely should they choose. The toxic culture is simply intimidation, embarrassment and public shaming, name calling, job threats, vicious texts and emails. Absolutely horrendous, unprofessional toxic work environment.

Pros

Unlimited growth potential. Great income. Good support. Industry leading product. Amazing marketing. Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. Best sales opportunity on the planet.

Cons

This company is sales based and has the sales and marketing side down to an art. The installation side of the company stays years behind the sales side. Local offices are controlled by the corporate office and are widely unable to make business decisions without approval from a corporate individual that is out of touch with the dynamics of the local offices day to day culture, needs, and overall well being.
