LeafFilter was a very inexperienced and hostile place to work. I couldn't believe the amount of disrespect and lack of culture within the top level execs.

Cons

No growth opportunities, lack of leadership, absolutely no diversity, and misleading product.

Decent pay. Free benefits (though dental and vision coverage sucks). Discretionary PTO.

Cons

Leaf has a national presence but has no idea how to take care of it's people spread across the country. People in the field are constantly reminded that they do not matter when the company holds engagement events at corporate but does nothing for the people in the field. Only employees in Hudson, Ohio are recognized and appreciated during the holidays. If you are full remote, do not expect to be "connected" to anything at corporate. If you dig a good old white boys club at the helm, this is your place. If you love to reminded about white privilege, just follow our CEO on LinkedIn. Dude loves to hear himself say WIN EVERYDAY and Powered by the people. He is out of touch with the people at the bottom barely scraping by to make ends meet.
