Cons

Everyone is expendable and it is blatantly expressed so therefore no job security. Upper management only cares about bottom line and numbers and you are just a number to them. Sales runs this company and can get away with murder. Installation is blamed for any mistakes made and will be terminated for it in a heartbeat. Upper management does not care about subcontractor installers when they are the driving force. Sales could be stealing from company or be harassing others and still not be touched with no repercussions. There is no work life balance and management expects you to work 7 days week with no days off.

It is very easy mindless job

Cons

Management is racist, locker room mentality, really doesn't care if you are an employee. They steel your money by under cutting your deals, then blame it on installers. They lie so much, everybody is a sub contractor. The product is way over price.
