- good team work with co-workers directly via slack usage - good equipment provided by company - remote first environment
Cons
- Insane levels of micromanagement from Sales Director mostly. Every call and click seemed to be an issue. - tons of office politics and favoritism shown to certain people even if they are not hitting KPI’s or online as much as others - low pay, terrible commission structure and borderline slap in the face bonus spiffs offered - unpaid lunch, so either eat while working or they want you to extend your day further - too many meetings scheduled per week but also want you to work yourself to death and hit dials per day after they’ve scheduled 4 meetings for 30 mins a piece spread through the day. - no room for growth on sales team - absolutely terrible leads provided by marketing to work.
