Bonuses Higher wage starting wage for new teachers Medical/Dental/Vision Plan Promotions - Company has a lot of growth Low Stress 2 weeks off for winter/1 week off for spring/ 1 week off for summer

No summers off, like in traditional school.

good starting pay, don't have to take work home, no lesson planning. When I go home for the day, my time is my own, not spent grading and planning for the following day

Cons

-required to work over the summer break, so for some people that might be a deal breaker. personally I feel like even without summer vacation I am working less than at a public school, and getting more time with students -lots of paperwork
