Seems good but is not sustainable
Pros
The starting salary and sometimes bonuses.
Cons
There's a lot. The leadership is bad. They dont treat employees well and they dont protect their spirits in the job. They are very doom and gloom and make sure every teacher knows that if their students are not turning in work then they are not doing well as teachers and the schools are going to close down. This often is not the teachers problem or issue and yet leadership puts a lot of the blame and negativity on staff, specifically teachers. Leadership has little creativity and ability to take in diverse prospective. They try to make everything fit in a small box and the students they serve just cant fit into that box. They do not give raises unless you fight for one and their are many employees who have been with the company for 10+ years making the same as teachers who have been there for 3. They also overload you with work and implement new policy's that effect your work every other month.
