I absolutely love working for Learn4Life. As employees, we receive paid spring, summer, and winter breaks, plus a good amount of vacation and sick time.

Cons

The pay could be better, but it's average for the AV.

Pros

The company offers a decent wage for the AV and they have good medical and 403b benefits. Also, the time off is typically significant.

Cons

Management in the finance department is atrocious. They micro-manage everyone without giving any set guidelines or clear job descriptions/requirements. They speak down to their "lower level employees" as if they're incompetent. They don't allow the employees to speak to each other or other departments.
