Bonuses Higher wage starting wage for new teachers Medical/Dental/Vision Plan Promotions - Company has a lot of growth Low Stress 2 weeks off for winter/1 week off for spring/ 1 week off for summer

Cons

No summers off, like in traditional school.

Time off comparable to standardized schools and they provide a 403B retirement plan. Their benefits are very good and low cost to the employee

Cons

Salaries very small with little to no room for growth. The system is rigged for who you know, not your training or experience. Very biased company internally.
