Pros

You get to work on really exciting technologies. Employees are helpful and look after you. New ideas are encouraged and mistakes are tolerated. Employees are passionate in their work. Management is approachable. Fun place to work in with a beer fridge, pool table, table tennis, games console etc. Focus on employee development through paid certifications, conferences etc.

Cons

Company strategy keeps changing, but that's because the company is growing.

Their technology seems to be solid.

Cons

Management are horrible people, expectations too high for some roles, cheapskate management and cheapo office, no training or mentorship. Very gloomy place to spend your life. Better to look elsewhere, because the vast majority of other companies in the industry will give you a better experience.
