- There is lots of opportunity to grow in this company. - Open to change and looking for people who thrive in it. - Senior Management is invested in the growth of the teams - Focused on their niche in the market

Cons

- Still need to grow the product team to turn things around faster - There are still some that are too happy with the current state of the business and not looking to change.
