It leverages the power of a virtual presence (much like its software), with resources distributed across North America and India, resulting in an impressive geographical footprint, that allows it to be super responsive and exceed the expectations of customers 1000 times its size. By allowing employees to work remotely, it is able to attract the best talent in the industry wherever such talent is located. I cherish the informal and respectful work culture, and the relatively flat org-chart, with free and open communication channels. Most of all I appreciate not having to commute to work everyday, and how that reduces my carbon footprint. This company has enjoyed very high retention rate despite being is staffed with high caliber engineers and accountants. People have stuck around through good times and bad. This speaks for itself.
