Pros
Rapid growing company with multiple opportunities for advancement. Interesting business model which is kept updated and current. Very active management that doesn't mind getting their "hands dirty" when needed. This company is not a "top down" model. Input is appreciated and asked for from all levels at the company and easily shared via our inter-company use of Slack. Everybody has access to send messages to all employees and respond to any issues shared via email or inter company messaging. Great Management team that works closely with the employee base. If you join LeaseAccelerator at this point in its history, the sky is only the limit if you are looking for a company that you can grow with.
Cons
I can't really think of any Cons. Of course there are always things that can be improved but since we are a growing company, making a change to something that doesn't work, is often either done or taken into consideration to tackle at a later time.
