This company continues to provide flexibility for teleworking which is appreciated.

Cons

It experienced significant growth, added layers of executive management, and continued with that structure despite somewhat significant decreases in employee headcount and collapses in team structures. The company can be silo'd and political with more emphasis currently on product and engineering and less on customer success.
