Not a Good Place to Work

Pros

Work Monday to Friday only and rest on weekends

Cons

They will not value you as a warehouse worker and also won't pay you well. No motivation and little opportunity for growth. Only the Managers and supervisors are paid well. Very stingy company that doesn't for you.

Pros

They have core driven values and believe in the Blue team! Fast paced and driven with respect to safety at all times.

Cons

I really don't have any bad con's to say every workplace has needs for improvement , be it management or employee driven.
