Cons

Huge communication gap between field and corporate workers Lack of support from upper management (Directors upward) Pay instability (Again, this resorts back to lack of upper management support)

LTS Sales is not a place for experienced people

Pros

Not much in Sales. LTS employees are treated completely different than the rest of the organization.

Cons

LTS Sales is pretty immature. Lots of newbies who think Ledcor is the best thing since sliced bread. Lots of turnover also. Opportunity is limited and is pretty much defined as just selling more and making more money. These aren't real sales jobs compared to other organizations. The sales leads barely understand the basics of sales processes.
