Huge emphasis on personal development and building people to build the business. Managers are usually promoted from within uncapped commission Travel and living Accommodations paid for by the company Learn how to Sell door to door great environment to learn and meet awesome people

Cons

commission only since you travel a lot, you are either living in a hotel or a company home, which has a lot of rules and restrictions like no drinking or guests over. can be a little cult-y Everything depends on the type of location/regional manager you have. managers can either be very empowering and great to work with or manipulative and disrespectful stressful work load sometimes, but the pay is worth it.
