      - Access to opportunity to move up in the company - Culture focused on development - Leadership that cares - Accommodations payed for - Amazing work environment for young determined people Ability to make over $60,000 in a year with no education.

      Long work weeks / typically Wednesday - Sunday Tough sales territory Living out of hotels Very fast paced environment forcing you to travel and adjust to situations very quickly

      Pros

      Size and diversity allow for lots of opportunities. Company is well-run financially and solid. There are pockets of really good, progressive, experienced leaders and teams. You can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Could be so much more progressive and proactive but change is hard. A lot of leaders have been with the company for decades and continue to do things as they've always been done and have trouble seeing how things could be done differently/better. Due to the size of the company, some roles have a lot more competition for moving up and for other roles, there are few opportunities for movement at all.
