You get a 2% raise when the cost of living increases 9% every year. A for effort, F for Failure. Stop being selfish.
Cons
Management is bad You need to have your work phone glued to your thigh, even on days off. Dispatch is a bunch of snow-flakes. They cry like babies if you can't take a job. The work hours are everywhere. You never have a set schedule. Prepare for phone calls at 3am. Get yelled at if you don't answer. They push you to your limits and get upset when you can't go any further. Horrible Medical. You're better off getting State Medical. They nickel and dime your hours and rob you of lunch. The list goes on.
