This review is specifically for Toronto branch. In my 17 years of career this is the first company I had problems fitting in culturally. An extremely grumpy and formal company with zero help and welcoming atmosphere to any newcomers. High walled cubicle and extreme hierarchical culture makes the environment of the company serious, prohibitory and stuffy. People are totally silent at office, even a corridor hello is rare. If you are a construction junkie, aggressive in nature and long time in Canada then probably it will not be a issue to fit in but if you feel you do not fall in that spectrum and in the construction industry with different ideas, experience and mind set then look elsewhere as camaraderie is totally absent. Specially if you are a woman in construction and not originally from Canada then be ready to be judged in every step.

A great working environment with plenty of amazing people who provide insight into developing a better you. Would recommend Ledcor sales to help kick-start your career, develop as a person, travel and experience the world of business. If you work hard and invest your time you'll be on the fast track to creating a better you moving forward.

Cons

Pay is all commission and life as a rep can lead to burnout due to continuous micromanagement of in and out of work life and inconsistent results. Sometimes even putting in the time and effort will not result in the financial goals you set for yourself. Some, not the majority of management have a superiority complex. High turnover rate with very few succeeding long-term. Use this opportunity to learn and develop, then get out.
