      Pros

      Development Program aimed to assist you in becoming a better person in your role and as an individual. Like-minded individuals

      Cons

      Lack of organization, communication and execution in some parts. After the initial months of the hands-on assistance of personal and professional development, it either teeters off to minimal to non-existent. A lot of missed opportunity to develop quality individuals into roles that better suits the company vision and individuals skill set. Outdated methodologies and strategies with training was informed it was the same, word for word when the company started.

      Pros

      - most of upper management is easy to approach and easy to deal with - HR takes very good care of you - if you’re willing to work very hard you can make a huge amount of money

      Cons

      - no benefits or salary in my position - the company culture of the division I was part of has deteriorated substantially - the head of that particular division is a jerk - the promote and encourage all the wrong people
