travel commission based potential to make good money they pay for your housing but you have to live with other people

Cons

being sent to the same doors 9 other representatives already went to. not good for the representative, the company or the customer at the door. hard to communicate with leadership young management with very little experience. they feed you the same stuff over and over without giving any real value
