Cons

No raise for 3 years, inept management. Laying off employees but keeping all management so they micromanage those that are left to justify their existence. Absolutely zero sustainability practices. And you have to cheer for pipelines. Ugh. Stay away unless you hate yourself.

Pros

Where to start, culture is key in this company. The Edmonton office has a gym that is free to use for employees, their family and friends. They have gym classes during the week, an atrium you can rent for birthday parties and even an onsite massage therapist. Free coffee, tea and fruit. The cafeteria is subsidized and for a low cost you can have an amazing breakfast or lunch. Benefits are standard, Christmas bonus are always great and a standard 3 weeks vacation, however they are super flexible.

Cons

Compensation isn't the best in the industry, however their perks make up for it.

Growth industry, great benefits, beautiful office location, good people, and flexible working environment.

Cons

Needs a little more rigor around management practices; it's hard to execute the business strategy without clarity all the way down to the troops.
