      Pros

      Supportive management team, mentorship and personal development training, opportunity to travel around BC and Alberta (for now! More places are coming up), opportunity to move up within the company, Perks such as sales gala, picnic, yoga classes, paintball, go kart and etc.

      Cons

      This is not your normal 9-5 job. Work hours can be long. Commission based job

      Pros

      Great training programs that teach you how to sell. Personal and professional development. Phenomenal pay-you get paid for what you do which means more growth. Lot's to learn.

      Cons

      Since the sales department at Ledcor is quite new, they are still learning to develop the business as they go. No real work/life balance. They pretty much own your life.
