      Pros

      Ledcor is one of the greatest company I ever worked for. For the time I was with them, they were always concerned about their employees and their family welfare.

      Cons

      I believe that management should investigate any/all issues before making a final decision on people's career. Mainly by asking all parties involve for their side of the story and investigate with the employees involved. That way they could get a broader picture of what the overall issue is.
