      - Work and life balance - Ability to go to remote areas and learn different things - Good safety department and people - Volunteering opportunities - Free lunches and gym access

      Cons

      - Low pay and below average benefits. - Strict micro-management styled babysitters. - Low profit margin on many projects, however, they do have some big contracts. - Unsatisfied employees that lead to many backlash and theft. - Private company with low internal control standards.

      Great peers, vacation time, benefits & atmosphere

      Cons

      A little bit old school, they do not seem to want to utilize new technology and are afraid of change. Too many people seems to be working way past retirement.
