Large and collaborative team that is very well focused on providing value to the business and reacting to changing requirments

Cons

A lot of individuals at the same level of responsibility with very little room for upward movement - look at years of experience over competency when promoting to leadership

Lots of work, great supply of tools for the job, very nice lunch room, module yard was decent.

Cons

Way too many TFWs/ foreign workers that did NOT live in Canada. They never spoke English and even when we did (Dead Man Lifts) with spools that weighed over 8,000LBS. I was laid off way before them which is not fair at all.
