      Pros

      I like that it is a Canadian company. Fair amount of entry and intermediate opportunities. Some nice amenities like fruit in the office.

      Cons

      This company is crippled by having inept middle managers who don't live our core values. Everyday I see people pushing their own agendas instead of working towards greater goals. This company has had a good run but with the ineffective and wasteful management I am worried about the future. Senior management like VP's need to look at the work of their directors and managers. Compensation is not competitive when you do a comparison to the market. It is only a matter of time until I leave.

      work on commision basis; need not to sit for 8 hrs ina day, chance to work on different project and different provinces thhrough out the country, get paid while living out of home city

      management should think about employer about his time off , promotions
