Some time people are doing distinct, they have some preference

Pros

- Lots of work, being able to get transferred onto the next job - Ability to climb the ladder, be that on the field, or in the office. But really depends on if you are personable and can be considered hard working (as with most companies, I assume) - Most sites I've worked on at had a place of home within the group you work with.

Cons

- Nothing major really comes into mind. Only "cons" are the generic ones that almost every big company gets. So overall, no cons from my end really.
