Pros

Nice company, office as a nice place to be and colleagues where so nice.

Cons

Alot of change when i was there. When hired I was told of a clear progression path up the ladder. Within a month they restructured jobs and made the gap between my position to the next level almost impossible. Pay was below what other companies where paying.
