Pros

They pay well especially if you participate in employee stock once you become eligible. Benefits package is good. Performance bonuses are good when they are granted. Company growth is positive.

Cons

Not enough engineers to cover the work load as the job load increases. They seldom turndown customer requests which puts additional demand on staff.
