Cost of benefits keeps increasing every year, difficulty transferring within the system. Some managers shouldn't be workings there as they make it a difficult and sometimes hostile working environment. They hide what the pay scales are, and tell you it cannot be discussed or disclosed with peers. Be good at your job, work hard and get little recognition, but have lazy coworkers that finally decide to work and their applauded to their hard work. Minimal concistency if staff expectations, and write ups, be tardy 5 times over 12 month and be written up, while others have frequent call outs, or come in hung over and smelling like old booze and it's all good.
