      You can move up and advance if that's your goal.

      Cons

      Advancement usually requires "knowing someone", which can seem a bit unfair to those more qualified who don't get a position they well deserve. Also not much time invested into making employees better, just wait for them to fail.

      No leadership, terrible health insurance, RUN!

      Pros

      Hours are good if you work somewhere that has 12 hr shifts. If you don’t, there’s no pro’s.

      Cons

      Terrible insurance for a health care provider. PTO would be great except it counts for your ’paid’ holidays and sick time as well as ACTUAL PTO (Vacation time).
