Hello and thank you for your candid feedback. With health insurance costs as low as $27.84 every two weeks, it certainly can be factored in when considering the overall total rewards of working at Lee Health. I hope you consider having an open conversation with your manager. They may not have the same perception as you and could benefit from your insight.

We appreciate your review. We do have excellent options to learn and grow by working with different people, different unit specialties as well as tuition reimbursement and grant programs to build your career. We encourage staff members to speak openly with their managers when issues arise. With a system of over 12,500 employees, there are many units in which a person can transfer to have a more fulfilling experience.
