Pros

If you don't mind people who subgroup and management who plays favors you will enjoy working for Lee health

Cons

You will be treated like a robot and expected to tolerate unresponsive management turn over is high and patient care can be questionable do not expect to be rewarded for going the extra mile

if ur immediate supervisor is good, the job is amazing

the ability to move within the system and change positions if u meet the job requirements, friendly co workers. nice atmosphere

Cons

if u get a new supervisor that wants her bottom line to look good, she will systematically find ways to get rid of her higher paid employees and replace them w new untrained employees at a much lower rate. that happened to me and the year i left the manager got "rid" of 63 people, including a doctor. I am not one to suck up but I do my job in a timely manner. I am now re employable at Lee and would love to work there again,

Poor salary given they are the only big health system in the area unless you want to travel to nearby cities.
