      Pros

      Great Co workers who truly work as a team. Management that takes time to help you exceed and actively helps you grow professionally. Cafeteria open for noc shift with employees meal rates. Good benefits package. Good nurse to patient ratios and resource rn to help when needed. They take care of their nurses.

      I cannot think of any Cons to working for this organization.

      Pros

      Tuition reimbursement is great for college students going into the medical field. If you work hard it is easy to move up At the hospital they have an on site provider you can see free of charge same day

      Health insurance at the time wasn’t the best
