      Benefits, flexibility, great management, salary is competitive especially when you factor how inexpensive benefits are. They will also pay for your schooling, up to 3500/year for Masters...

      Cons

      Difficult to get short term disability if you do not enroll upon hire, so definitely accept short term disability when you are a new employee!!! You never know.

      Thank you for your highly rated review! We do have a benefits package that is above and beyond most of our competitors and really adds a lot to our Total Rewards. Remember you can earn $2,500 for each RN you refer who is hired! You do need to complete an "evidence of insurability" form to request short term disability if you do not opt for it upon employment.
