      Co-workers work hard and many want to learn

      Cons

      Revolving door of employees. They expect a lot and the financial rewards are minimal. They use your earned "PTO" towards all holidays. Lee health does not pay for ANY holidays. So if you use up your PTO (due to sick time or vacation)and a holiday is in the time frame, you will not be paid for the holiday regardless. Many have two jobs to make ends meet, unbelievable for a billion dollar company.

      Pros

      Remote work but not a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Directions from leadership were confusing and changed often. We met many times to discuss the same issues. The timekeeping system works against the employee often ending in a PIP. Support is promised but not given without a cost.
