Pros

The hospital has good equipment-computer system-upper management and nrsg management arent nice people

Cons

Dont come as a traveler or seasonal-they wont pay ur bonus-they give new hire nurses a totally bogus test that asks u to medically diagnose?with no transparency-the test is really a hiring profile tool-ur not allowed to see the results-the nursing education dept is crooked-just always trying to get floor nurses in trouble-lee got a 1 star rating from cms-and the execs just made excuses- their just another greedy corporation -and senior management wants to get real rich-they keep patients in the er for days to admit them versus bypass them to nch or physicians regional-which are better hospitals-why do they constantly need nurses in beautiful sunny florida?huge turnover- no diversity or culture

Pros

Each and every employee would offer assistance to one another regardless of their title or duties. It didn't matter if it were housekeeping or a supervising RN, if it looked as though you could use assistance, someone was glad to offer it. The seasonal pay package was generous which included a monthly housing stipend and end of season bonus for fewer than 3 unexcused absences.

Cons

Rehab department worked 7 days a week including holidays. That meant each acute care patient may receive 5-7 days per week therapy.

Pros

Not at all what they publicly display or advertise, and is one big false shellgame

Cons

Management in cohorts with LeeSar as an offload if funds portrays a caring well equipped multiple campus health system after it ran out competition when in fact stages patients in all hospitals in ER hallways sometimes fir days waiting for rooms. Cannot accommodate EMS incoming patients load thereby keeping much needed ambulance resources out of service. . Staffing is seasonal driven with yearly "surge" meetings trying to encourage and ramp up employees stating its temporary but in reality is permanent... If you need a hospital go to Charlotte County or Collier County
