Love the unit I work on, managers and coworkers. I think, for a FL health system, Lee Health is a hidden gem. It’s not perfect by any means but I feel like admin cares about their employees for the most part.

Cons

None really, but their time and attendance policy, like many hospitals is backwards imo. We’re told don’t come to work sick, but when you call out sick it counts against you. Especially with Covid and everything, not calling out more than 3 times in a YEAR is a bit ridiculous.
