Pros

I have been working as a fulltime Software Developer at leewayhertz. This is a company that is relatively established, but thankfully still behaves like a startup. The environment is easy going and quite a few folks jumped off the corporate train to join us. Don't get me wrong - not everything is perfect and peachy, but is it anywhere? Since the company is small - the pressure to deliver results is great.

Cons

Long working hours in the office.

I enjoy working for Leewayhertz. I have been with Leewayhertz for over two years. Starting your career, well this is the place to start at. Good work More and more learning Multiple tasks at once. I got the opportunity to work on various technology including, Blockchain, IoT and AI.

Cons

Sometimes not able to manage work-life-balance. Well it is the same for every company.
