1. No Politics 2. Transparent Culture 3. They have platforms where grievance are handled openly, issues are always taken on priority and get resolved in a timeline, 4. Abundant of learning. 5. good for growth.

Cons

No cons as such, but yes, sometimes great deal of work comes on you, which I took as advantage and learned how to work in stressed out situations.
